Subscription Plans

The most important information about the management of your subscription plan.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time through your subscription settings accessible through your online portal. Your subscription will end automatically at the end of your current billing period without any further payment required.

For how long can I use the Free subscription plan?

The Free subscription plan can be used for as long as you like, it is not a limited trial but an actual subscription tier of ReadPartner in itself.

Do you offer B2B subscription plans with user management?

Yes, our B2B subscription tier is called "Enterprise" and is available on the ReadPartner pricing page. The Enterprise plan requires a minimum of 5 users. As more users are added to the subscription, the cost per user decreases. The account holder responsible for billing will have control over the workspace and can invite other team members. How do I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

You can modify your subscription through your account settings by clicking the “manage subscription” button.

Do I need a ChatGPT account?

No, ReadPartner will never ask you for your ChatGPT or other AI account details or API keys.

I have reached my summary limit, what can I do?

If you have reached your summarization limit on the Free plan, please consider upgrading to a paid subscription plan, all our paid plans have unlimited use of summarization. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the rewards system in your online portal or you can wait a few days in order for your limit to reset.

I have reached my active digest limit, what can I do?

We are constantly working to increase the active digest limits for our premium users. The digest feature is very cost and resource intensive, we ask you for your understanding.

I am on an unlimited plan and received a summary limit error, what do I do?

Sometimes our services will restrict accounts which seem to show fraudulent or artificial behavior. You can wait until your restriction gets lifted or contact support if you believe that this is a mistake.

A website or document is not available for summarization, what can be done?

In very rare cases, a website or document will be protected in a way that would require us to bypass current laws and ethical considerations in order to summarize content available in it. We ask for your understanding that in these rare circumstances, summarization is not possible. If you believe this to be a mistake, please contact support.

Is my account and payment data secure?

Is ReadPartner GDPR compliant?

Yes, the ReadPartner Inc. team works around the clock to ensure compliance with modern privacy and security standards such as GDPR and the CCPA, please read more on our security declaration page.

Does ReadPartner analyze my summary and digest history?

ReadPartner Inc. does not have the ability to analyze your digest or summary activity, we value our customers' privacy as it is the right of every individual. Your sensitive data is secure and encrypted. An automated system can restrict your access to the service if it deems that your activity is fraudulent or criminal.

Is the ReadPartner Chrome extension safe?

Yes, the ReadPartner Chrome extension is just as safe to use as the ReadPartner online portal. Data is handled using the same secure processes as in the online portal, ensuring safety through our compliance with industry-standard security guidelines, measures, and protocols, including GDPR, CCPA, SSL, and robust data encryption practices. Billing & Payments

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods through our payment processor Stripe. These methods include; credit and debit cards, apple pay, google pay, link, amazon pay, etc...

Can I request a refund?

Yes, ReadPartner offers a 14-Day money back guarantee. Simply contact us on "contact@readpartner.com" within 14 days of your purchase to initiate a refund process. We ask for your understanding that we generally do not offer refunds after 14 days. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time through your Stripe portal.

What happens if I ask my bank to chargeback without contacting ReadPartner?

We ask for your understanding that fraudulent chargebacks will be handled as such and your account and payment method will be restricted from accessing ReadPartner in the future. Please contact our support team if you wish to request a refund.

How can I change my payment method?

You can manage your payment method through your account settings by clicking the “manage subscription” button in your ReadPartner online portal.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, ReadPartner does not store financial information. All payments are handled securely through Stripe.
