How can I access the ReadPartner AI online portal?
The ReadPartner online portal can be accessed after signing in by clicking any of the subscription buttons or the “start using” button on the website.
How can I access the Chrome Browser extension?
The Chrome Browser extension is accessible through the Google Chrome store, the link can be found on the main page of the website. Please sign in within the extension in order to access ReadPartner.
How do I summarize websites?
You can use our AI to summarize websites and articles in the online portal or browser extension. Simply open the website in your browser and use the extension or paste the link in your online portal.
How do I summarize YouTube videos?
You can use our AI to summarize YouTube videos in the online portal or browser extension. Simply open the video in your browser and use the extension or paste the YouTube link in your online portal.
How do I summarize PDF files and other documents?
You can use our AI to summarize documents in the online portal or browser extension. Simply open the document in your browser and use the extension or upload the document to your online portal.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription settings. Your subscription will end automatically at the end of your current billing period without any further payments required.
For how long can I use the Free subscription plan?
Our Free plan can be used for as long as you like.
Do you offer B2B subscription plans with user management?
We currently do not offer B2B enterprise plans for ReadPartner AI. However, we are working hard to bring our enterprise clients the ability to subscribe to a multi-user business level subscription.
How do I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?
You can modify your subscription through your account settings by clicking the “manage subscription” button.
Do I need a ChatGPT account?
No. The ReadPartner services do not require you to set up an OpenAI account or add any API keys.
I have reached my summary limit, what can I do?
If you have reached your summary limit on the Free plan, please consider upgrading your subscription plan, all our paid plans have unlimited summary use. You can also wait a couple of days for your limit to reset.
I have reached my active digest limit, what can I do?
We are constantly working to increase the active digest limits for our premium users. The digest feature is very cost and resource intensive, we ask you for your understanding.
I am on an unlimited plan and received a summary limit error, what do I do?
Sometimes our services will restrict accounts which seem to show fraudulent or artificial behavior. You can wait until your limits get lifted again or contact support if you believe that this error is a mistake.
A website or document is not available for summary, what can be done?
In very rare cases, a website or document will be protected in a way that would require us to bypass current laws and ethics in order to summarize content from it. We ask for your understanding. If you believe this to be a mistake, please contact support.
Is my account and payment data secure?
We assure you that we adhere to all modern security and privacy standards and do everything in our power to keep you and your data secure. Your payment data is not handled or stored by ReadPartner Inc., this is done by Stripe, Inc.
Is ReadPartner GDPR compliant?
The ReadPartner team works around the clock to ensure compliance with modern privacy and security standards such as GDPR.
Does ReadPartner analyze my summary and digest history?
ReadPartner Inc. does not analyze your digest or summary activity, we value our customers' privacy as it is the right of every individual. An automated system can restrict your access to the service if it deems that your activity is fraudulent or criminal.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.
Can I request a refund?
We offer a 14-Day money back guarantee. Simply contact us on "contact@readpartner.com" within 14 days of your purchase to initiate a refund process. We ask for your understanding that we do not offer refunds after 14 days. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time through your Stripe portal.
What happens if I ask my bank to chargeback without contacting ReadPartner?
We ask for your understanding that fraudulent chargebacks will be handled accordingly and your account and payment method will be restricted from accessing ReadPartner in the future. Please contact our support team if you have any inquiries about payments.
How can I change my payment method?
You can manage your payment methods through your account settings by clicking the “manage subscription” button.
How do I contact support in case of an urgent matter?
Please go to our Contact & Support page and use our contact form or email us directly. If your email address is associated with a Pro account or you have a legal/security related concern, your request will be handled faster.
How do I report a bug or provide feedback from within ReadPartner?
You can submit bug reports or feedback by clicking on the little bug in the bottom left corner of the online portal or by clicking on the star icon in your Chrome extension.
I am a journalist or media representative, can I use ReadPartner in my work?

Can ReadPartner summaries and digests be shared?
ReadPartner summaries can be shared privately and publicly as long as you do not undermine the public image of the ReadPartner brand through obscene, violent or illegal actions. ReadPartner News Digests can be shared privately for individual use. Please note that ReadPartner Inc. reserves the right to issue takedown requests if ReadPartner is wrongfully represented in criminal, violent or obscene materials.
