Yes, our B2B subscription tier is called "Enterprise" and is available on the ReadPartner pricing page. The Enterprise plan requires a minimum of 5 users. As more users are added to the subscription, the cost per user decreases. The account holder responsible for billing will have control over the workspace and can invite other team members. If you have reached your summarization limit on the Free plan, please consider upgrading to a paid subscription plan, all our paid plans have unlimited use of summarization. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the rewards system in your online portal or you can wait a few days in order for your limit to reset.

I have reached my active digest limit, what can I do?

We are constantly working to increase the active digest limits for our premium users. The digest feature is very cost and resource intensive, we ask you for your understanding.

I am on an unlimited plan and received a summary limit error, what do I do?

Sometimes our services will restrict accounts which seem to show fraudulent or artificial behavior. You can wait until your restriction gets lifted or contact support if you believe that this is a mistake.

A website or document is not available for summarization, what can be done?

In very rare cases, a website or document will be protected in a way that would require us to bypass current laws and ethical considerations in order to summarize content available in it.
