What kind of information do I have to provide for a free trial?
In order to start a free trial, you will have to provide basic identifying information such as an email address and name. Payment information is never requested when starting a ReadPartner free trial.
Can I change or cancel my subscription plan?
You can change or cancel your paid subscription plan at any time. In case of a downgrade or a cancellation, the change will be active at the end of your current billing period. If you have questions about the free trial, paid plan or billing in general, please contact us through our support center.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
When your 14-day free trial period ends, you will no longer have access to the ReadPartner News Monitoring Platform until you select a paid subscription plan. You will not be charged at the end of your free trial.

Are special pricing terms and discounts possible?
For educational institutions, NGOs, select enterprise customers and customers referred by our partners, special pricing conditions are possible.
Which payment options are available with ReadPartner?
Our primary payment processor is Stripe Inc. which allows users to pay via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For enterprise customers wire transfers are possible under certain circumstances.
