6. Subscriptions and Cancellations

ReadPartner Inc.'s subscription services are flexible, and users may cancel at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but previously paid amounts are non-refundable, except as outlined in the refund policy.

7. Refund Policy

ReadPartner Inc. offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the first payment. If a user is not satisfied, a refund request may be made within this period. Refunds are not available after 14 days.

Additionally, refunds may be processed on a goodwill basis or in cases of financial fraud at ReadPartner Inc.'s discretion. Instead of initiating a dispute with their bank, users are encouraged to contact contact@readpartner.com for assistance, and ReadPartner Inc. will handle the refund process. Fraudulent disputes will result in the blacklisting of the user from ReadPartner Inc.'s services.

8. User Conduct

By using ReadPartner Inc.'s services, users agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the services.

9. Summarization Functionality

The summarization functionality parses and summarizes content provided by users. ReadPartner Inc. does not claim ownership over the content and is not responsible for how users utilize the content and summaries. The summarizer is designed for educational purposes, and ReadPartner Inc. takes measures to prevent unlawful activity where possible. However, ReadPartner Inc. is not liable for any misuse of the summarization tool.

10. News Digest Functionality

The news digest functionality collects news from publicly available sources, with all media outlets credited accordingly. ReadPartner Inc. does not claim ownership of the news content or accept responsibility for its accuracy, completeness, or interpretation. Users should verify information independently before relying on it.

11. AI Training

ReadPartner Inc. does not use user-provided data, including summaries or interactions, for AI training. User data remains private and is not leveraged for improving machine learning models. Any personal information shared remains confidential per ReadPartner Inc.'s Privacy Policy.

12. Security

Sensitive user data is anonymized, including but not limited to summarization history, digest usage, and phone numbers. ReadPartner Inc. implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data. For more details, refer to the Security Page.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ReadPartner Inc. disclaims all representations, warranties, and conditions related to its website, online portal, and browser extensions. This disclaimer does not:

• Limit liability for death, personal injury, negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Impose liability limits beyond what is permitted by law.
• Exclude liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ReadPartner Inc. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
