The company does not offer refunds, as we provide a 14-day free trial to allow users, teams and organizations to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription.
In rare cases, refunds may be granted on a goodwill basis or in instances of verified financial fraud, at the sole discretion of ReadPartner Inc. Users are expected to use the trial period to determine whether the service meets their needs. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension or permanent blacklisting from ReadPartner Inc.'s services.
