How is remote work at ReadPartner structured?

We’re a remote-first company with teammates across multiple continents and time zones. We rely on written communication, short and focused weekly meetings, and well-defined ownership, so you can organize your day with plenty of flexibility while always knowing what’s going on around you.

Does ReadPartner have physical offices? Do you ever meet in real life?

Yes and yes. A substantial part of our team is based in Vienna, Austria, where we sometimes meet at the office to work together, catch up, and enjoy a good coffee. Many of us also love to travel, so spontaneous meetups occasionally happen in unexpected places.

What does your interview process look like?

Our interview process varies by role, but it typically starts with an intro call and a conversation with a top manager or executive, followed by a practical assignment. We keep interviews informal and respectful of your time, and we always communicate clear next steps.
